A New Lacrosse Commissioner Is Expected 2022.  The following information may change.

ERA Girls Lacrosse is a sport that is available for grades K through 8.  It runs from the end of March through May. Practices are generally one or two nights per week and on Saturdays.  Lacrosse is conducted in a clinic format which groups all players together for drills, learning and scrimmaging.

In the second half of the season there may be an opportunity to scrimmage against other area teams if there are enough participants in certain age groups with the skill level necessary for these scrimmages.

We have agreements with other area organizations that allow us to have home and home scrimmages if a certain age group is interested.

Each player is required to have a girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and a mouth guard at practices and during games.

Practices are drill based and the focus is on fun and learning, the clinics are uptempo and girls can refine their skills in a safe and fun environment.

COUNTY LACROSSE: (divisions are by grade level)

We have several teams that play under the ERA banner that participate in the AACO Lacrosse League. If you are a coach with a full team interested in participating in this league you must register with ERA. You are also required to send a representative to all county lacrosse meetings which are held monthly. Your team will be required to pay all league fees and official fees directly as well as file all rosters and league paperwork with the league.

The county league divides teams into the following groups:

Recreational Scoopers (Pre-K, K, 1, 2)

County Sticklettes (K, 1, 2)

County Pee Wee (3, 4)

County Middies (5, 6)

County Juniors (7, 8)

Currently we do not have a dedicated County Lacrosse Commissioner.  If your team decides to play in the county league you will be crowned to this position and will be required to attend monthly meetings and make sure your team has all the requirements of the county league.

REGISTRATION: The ERA season begins with online registration which generally opens in January.  Registration is time limited and will close prior to the start of the season or when the program has filled. Once registration closes a $30 late registration fee will be assessed for all registrations and will only be accepted if space is available in that age group.  ERA has a strict no-refund policy, see the registration form for more information.
