ERA is an organization made up entirely of volunteers.  These are individuals with families and full time jobs.  On an average day ERA receives approximately 500 emails and 30 phone calls.  The sheer volume creates an enormous drain on our very limited resources.  In order to try best utilize our resources we created a single email address to serve the entire organization.  That email is received by all three of our outreach and communication volunteers.  If it requires a generic response the answer will appear on our frequently asked questions page located here.  Otherwise it will be forwarded to one of our staff for a direct response when they are able to do so.  Please note that, while we try, we can not respond to every email we receive.
